Industrial designed MT-260 large-scale SMT scraper automatic cleaning machine is a water-based cleaning fluid and DI water operated machine. The cleaning process starts by using water-based cleaning fluid at the first stage of cleaning and DI water during the rinsing stage. MT -260 cleaning machine operates with an automatic cleaning cycle process and equipped with a rotating scraper cleaner and operated using ultrasonic vibration and kinetic energy. This machine operates in a single load process; cleaning, rinsing, and hot air blow-drying. MT -260 is also suitable for cleaning the squeegee of all automatic solder paste printers. Operates using a color touch screen, PLC control, run according to program, and cleaning parameters can be set as needed.

10. Cleaning and rinsing the real-time filter system, the tin beads under cleaning will no longer return to the surface of the scraper.
11. The cleaning fluid and rinsing water are recycled to reduce emissions and meet environmental protection requirements.
12. Equipped with a diaphragm pump to realize quick liquid filling and draining.
